Utilising our expertise within the DevOps, Digital, Data and Cloud market, we engage our network of Associates, some of the brightest minds within industry. We consult, guide and deliver solutions for some of the world’s leading brands within the market.

Furthermore, we run the widely expanding WeShape event network. This consists of events such as London Tech Leaders - a leading peer-to-peer C-suite event network with quarterly events and weekly digital content. London DevOps is an event network for technology associates with over 9000 members on MeetUp. We also run Oops - a quarterly event for IT incident response, and are constantly expanding our event portfolio. 

The problem you’ll be solving.

WeShape is building a gig economy of the top 5% of DevOps, Digital, Data and Cloud native specialists within the market, and this network is constantly growing. 

In this role you’ll be supporting our operations function to ensure the business runs smoothly as we continue to scale. 

What you’ll be doing.

This will be a vast and varied role, where you’ll gain exposure to different areas of our operations function, with a focus on learning and development. 

You’ll have a clear path to career growth, where you’ll be given a deeper insight into after passing probation. 

 

No two days will be the same, and you’ll be given responsibilities across: 

  • Liaising with our Consultants to ensure timely submission of documents
  • Complete oversight of onboarding process for new permanent and associate hires
  • You will play an important role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures. 
  • Complete oversight of extensions and termination process of associates
  • Completion of legal documents (T&C’s, Consultancy Agreements, NDA’s etc…)
  • Creation and management of reporting dashboards 
  • Day-to-day office and supplier management 
  • Tracking and analysis of office management costs 
  • Ad-hoc research projects 
  • Facilitating staff training and external events 
  • Operations administrator 

This role is for you if: 

  • You’re ambitious, and wanting to grow a carer within operations
  • You’re highly organised, with a great eye for detail 
  • You’re not afraid to try new things and take on new responsibilities as your career grows
  • You’re able to talk to stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation

Ideally you’ll have: 

  • Administration experience, with a basic fluency on Google Workspace / MS Office. 
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage a busy desk 
  • System knowledge would be advantageous (DocuSign, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Seven20 etc…) 
  • Basic office management skills
