This information can be used to contact individuals based on a legitimate interest. Cookies used by salesforce and Pardot can be found in our cookie policy.

Google Analytics

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you, but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor. The cookies in use to deliver Google Analytics service are described in our cookie policy. You can find out more about Google Analytics 4 here

Google Signals

Through the use of Google Signals, additional information is collected by Google if the user has activated personalised advertising in their Google account. This data is evaluated internally by Google and then passed on to the users of these Google services in an anonymised and summarised form as an evaluation. This enables us to optimise our services and products as well as our advertising measures.

Within the framework of Google Signals, cross-device tracking is carried out by Google if the display of personalised advertising is activated in the user's Google Account. This means that ads can be delivered to these users in cross-device remarketing campaigns as part of Google Signals.

Google processes the information on our behalf in order to analyse use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide us with further services associated with the use of the website and the internet for the purposes of market research and for the appropriate design of these web pages.

Google Analytics will associate the visitation information that it collects from the WeShape.io site and/or apps with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ads personalisation. This Google information may include end user location, search history, YouTube history and data from sites that partner with Google – and is used to provide aggregated and anonymised insights into your  cross-device behaviours. Such data may be accessed and/or deleted by end users via My Activity. You can access Google Analytics' currently available opt-outs for the web here.

LinkedIn

WeShape uses the information you provide via LinkedIn contact and content forms to contact you about our relevant content, products, services, newsletters, and events. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. You can see a full list of LinkedIn cookies in our cookie policy.

Leadoo user tracking

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioural data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses etag tracking in order to hook together the same users behavior over several sessions – in practice this works similarly to cookie based tracking. Please check out Leadoo Marketing Technologies Ltd’s Privacy Policy (https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy/) for more information on what is tracked and what your rights are. Leadoo works as the Processor and we work as the Controller for the data in terms of GDPR. You can stop the tracking by emptying your browser’s cache after the visit. For more on how Leadoo works as a GDPR compliant processor, see https://leadoo.com/privacy-policy-processor.
