To maximise success, our fast trackers benefit from the guidance of both a technical mentor and a career mentor, both of whom are industry leaders with firsthand experience in overcoming the challenges our fast trackers will face.

In addition to mentorship, WeShape provides a comprehensive learning and development plan designed to expand upon the foundational knowledge acquired during their bootcamp. Our goal is to mould individuals into well-rounded and proficient technical consultants, equipping them with the skills they need to excel in a variety of engagements.

Rigorous Selection Process

WeShape carefully screens and selects fast trackers based on technical proficiency and cultural fit. Similar to our experienced technical consultants, fast trackers are evaluated on their communication skills, base technical knowledge, and ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Dedicated Mentorship

Our fast trackers benefit from the guidance of both a technical mentor and a career mentor, both of whom are industry leaders with firsthand experience in overcoming the challenges our fast trackers will face. Through monthly check-ins, our mentors offer guidance on technology, project work, and career guidance. Fast trackers also have on-demand access to all of our project teams via Slack channels for immediate assistance.
