Life at WeShape- April

It’s been another crazy month over here at WeShape. We've celebrated Easter and Eid, we’ve had incentive days, internal training and moved offices! 

At the beginning of the month we packed up all of our things and moved into our new offices. We were all super excited to move down the road into Aldgate Tower. This has brilliant views of the Shard and is right around the corner from the fantastic Spitalfields market. As we take this big step for our business, we look forward to this move facilitating the expansion of WeShape's capacity. Our new address is:

On Friday 14th our Director Chris organised an incentive day for us. We were all set targets by our managers that needed to be hit by 2pm - if we hit them we got an early finish and a surprise at the end of the day. The team absolutely smashed their targets and got to enjoy a few games in Boom battle Bar. Well done team for all the hard work and great energy in the office!

This month Charlotte Hamilton organised a food drive in the office, this was a great way for all of us to get involved and give something back. It was amazing to see how much people were able to contribute to this and we’d like to say a huge thank you to the team for getting involved.

We also had our Q2 kick off this month. Chris, Jack and Pat talked us through the last quarter and updated us on company goals for this coming quarter. We’re all really excited for what the next quarter has to offer as we hit the ground running.

After the kick off meeting we had a core values workshop where we went through our values and what they mean to us individually as well as a company. The team had some great discussions around how we can live up to our values day to day. After all our hard work the team went and enjoyed some laser tag and a few drinks in the sun.

It was a big month for events here at WeShape, we had OOPs in albelli-photobox group on the 26th and London DevOps in our new offices on the 27th.

We’d also like to say a massive happy birthday to both Lana Williams and Alex Melville who celebrated their birthdays this month. We hope you both had a lovely day celebrating.
