Meik has over a decade of leadership experience within the Zuhlke Group, a prominent technology consultancy. From 2014 to 2019, he played a pivotal role in fostering growth and international collaboration, notably supporting the expansion of Zuhlke's Belgrade office and contributing to the establishment of the Sofia office in Bulgaria. During his tenure at Zuhlke UK from 2019 to 2023, Meik served as Managing Director Technology and member of the Executive Committee, driving the development of capabilities, aligning nearshore capabilities across Serbia, Bulgaria, and Portugal with strategic growth objectives, and spearheading the identification and founding of the Edinburgh office. His expertise lies in building high-performing international delivery teams, as demonstrated by his instrumental role in staffing critical projects, including the NHS Covid-19 app project.
