Large-scale Digital Transformation for a Global Commericial Insurance Broker

WeShape was engaged by a global commercial insurance broker to perform a series of workshops with internal stakeholders. Ahead of embarking on a large-scale digital transformation, they required WeShape to provide advisory services, with a focus on the development of a roadmap to adopt a target operating model, achieving transformation to:

Our focus was to ensure we bring internal DevOps, SRE and related teams along the journey, and identify key technical sponsors to lead each of the categories. Other considerations included the adoption of chapter/squad/tribe models and accommodating time differences across globally located teams.
